PROJECT BRIEF

To produce ten videos from the AAB's Conference held in Brussels over three days - one highlights video and nine, full speaker presentations.

APPROACH

We filmed the conference on two cameras, shipping cameras, lights, sound kit and production crew to Brussels for three days. The highlights video was interview led and cut to a suitable music track. For the nine, full speaker presentations, we cut between the two cameras and edited in every powerpoint slide at the relevant points in the presentations. No music was used for the presentations to ensure the focus was on the speakers'' presentations.

 

DELIVERY AND OUTCOME

The finished videos were uploaded to the AAB YouTube channel to be viewed by members, the scientific community and political decision makers. The success of this series of videos has led to an ongoing business relationship with the client with further conferences to be filmed and edited for them in the future. We also received enquiries for similar videos from attendees from the USA and Europe.
